| CAEN has been awarded by the CMS Collaboration for the design and manufacturing of the power supplies for the Avalanche Photodiodes of the Electromagnetic Calorimeter (ECAL). Such modules are double width SY1527/SY2527/SY3527 System boards, housing nine +500 V / 15 mA floating channels each. The board offers an outstanding stability, load regulation and excellent ripple performances; it is now also available as a catalog product (Mod. A1520 P), with an extra-feature: 12 channels instead of 9. |
