 2001-02:
Contractor in AMON “Advanced Care and Alert Portable Telemedical Monitor”, Fifth Framework Program of the European Commission - Information Society Technologies (Contract no.: IST-2000-25239). The AMON Project develops an advanced, wearable personal health system that will monitor and evaluate human medical vital signs using advanced biosensors. The system gathers and analyses the medical vital information and transmits the data to a remote telemedicine centre, for further analysis and emergency care, using GSM/UMTS cellular infrastructure. The other AMON partners are Tadiran Spectralink and MDirect Ltd. (Israel), MOON Communications (England), ETH Zurich and Art of Technology (Switzerland), Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris SAMU 92 (France).
